You can only alert police of a crime while you’re still alive. If you are eliminated, you are no longer a witness. Self defense is encouraged.
If police witness a crime, you are wanted until you serve time in jail or have approval by police to have a clean record.
Players can store loot in houses, and stealing from houses is strongly against the rules. You can take eliminated players’ loot though.
